We’d love to be able to offer a free delivery service, but unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment!

Delivery costs are calculated by weight with a minimum charge of £18.99 added to any order.

Every length of boxing carries an additional 75p delivery charge.

For example: An order of 5 lengths of pipe boxing would incur the following delivery charge: £18.99 + (5x75p) = £22.74.


If the delivery address is within an hours drive from our factory, then normally we’d deliver the order ourselves. However, if the destination is further afield, we use a courier such as TNT to deliver our goods.

We deliver Monday to Friday to the whole of mainland UK. If you require delivery elsewhere, please get in touch with us for a price. If you require a Saturday delivery then we can also accommodate this but it will incur an extra charge. Again, please get in touch if you require this option.

Depending on stock availability, delivery is normally within 5 working days of placement of order. For larger orders, this may be slightly longer if it means manufacturing lengths from scratch.

Once you have placed an order with us, a member of our team will be in touch with you with confirmation and an estimated delivery date. They will then subsequently be in touch onCe your order is ready to dispatch to confirm delivery details.


Here at pipeboxingonline, we do not accept any responsibility for measurements given to us by a customer that turn out to be erroneous. If we have surveyed a site ourselves and a mis-measurement has occurred, then we assume full responsibility for this and replacements will be supplied free of charge.

A refund may be considered if we we have supplied incorrect products (e.g. the wrong profile or the wrong size).

If an order is delivered damaged, our preferred option is to supply replacements free of charge. However, if the customer would prefer a refund instead of replacements, then this can be arranged.

If you do receive a damaged consignment, we require you to inform us within three working days. If you do not notify us within this time, we assume the damage has occurred on site and we will not entertain any claims. You can notify us here.
